Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be sent unused and in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive your return we will provide you with a RA number to include with your order. Email return requests to info@nkhenry.com
Shipping
We offer FREE US shipping of orders of $79 or more, the default shipping method is UPS and Fedex Ground 2-5 day shipping. We also offer shipping upgrades for a flat fee based on the order total. For orders less than $79 we offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping and upgraded UPS shipping options.
Orders are typically NOT shipped with a signature confirmation. If your would like additional services such as signature confirmation, delivery confirmation or have special delivery instructions please let us know by including this information with your order in the comment box. You can also send us an email with your order # in the subject line and your request.
For international orders the default shipping courier is USPS International Priority. For other services such as DHL, FedEx etc. contact us for a quote.
Orders are insured up to the order amount. In the event that your package is lost or damaged during delivery you can file a claim with the courier to recoup the order amount. Need assistance? Contact us at info@nkhenry.com
Order Confirmation and Order Tracking
When an order is received, you will receive an ' Order Confirmation' email from us within 24-48 hours confirming your order and the expected shipping timeframe. When we ship your order you wil receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email containing tracking information for your order. Sometimes both of these emails may end up in your junk email, so check there if you dont see our emails. If you have created an NKHenry login (account) you will also receive these messages there. Contact us at info@nkhenry.com if you still dont see our emails.
Changing Shipping Address
We suggest ensuring that you have provided us with the correct shipping address prior to placing your order.There is a small window to correct the shipping address once your order is placed. Should you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@nkhenry.com to make the change. We are not responsible for orders that are mis-delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If the delivery/courier(i.e FedEx) provider is at fault with mis-delivering your order, we recommend filing a claim directly with that courier. Your order is shipped with insurance coverage. Due to the nature of the delivery/courier industry, delays may occur. The delivery window that we provide are only for reference and a specific delivery date is not guaranteed.
Imports and Duties for International Orders
Some orders may be charged import and duty fees. This is not a fee that we charge, this is a fee that is charged to you once your order arrives at your local postal office/service in accordance with those local taxes and laws. You will NOT pay this fee to us, therefore this fee will not be shown on the final price at checkout on nkhenry.com. If a package is destroyed or returned because you refuse to pay the duty, the resulting charges will be deducted from your order.
